What we ask of you
• A contact for the project, normally the project manager, who will read the report and can discuss it.
• A 15-minute handover from whoever knows the team, to validate the team details.
• About 15 minutes per pulse from the project manager to provide the spend, schedule and progress data.
• Your honest reaction after each report.
Open by design
Brightminds is built to surface concerns. Reports are written to be shared and include team confidence and delivery figures. Results are aggregated and can be reported up to company level.
After eight weeks
Continue on the Business plan at $999 per month, up to 5 projects, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Or stop, with our thanks and your data deleted on request.
