As the Information Centre Controller under John Major, he witnessed chaos sparked by overlooking the human factor—team insights, concerns, and confidence. Across 30+ years in corporate, government, and scientific sectors, Donald mastered PMP, PRINCE2, and AgilePM but saw these frameworks often miss early warnings hidden in people’s experiences, not in spreadsheets. He believes real success demands listening to the heartbeat of a project: the individuals driving it. He knows that ignoring the team’s voice is a recipe for disaster, no matter how polished the project plan or advanced the technology.
