Your team already knows which project is in trouble. Here's how you hear it first.
The numbers show how delivery is tracking. The people show whether it will deliver. Brightminds puts the two side by side.
01 · SET UP
We load your project and team details
Project and team details, plus your current cost and progress figures. You choose how often to run a pulse. Less than an hour of the project owner's time.
02 · TAKE A PULSE
Four questions, three minutes
Everyone on the project answers: sponsor, project manager, stakeholders and team. Each person gets questions written for them.
03 · READ THE REPORT
One report, after each pulse
Written for the person who owns the project, in plain language. It ends with the one conversation to have after the pulse is completed.
Written for you. Scored four ways.
The questions take account of your job title, your job history and your role in the project, and the project's title and description. Nobody gets an identical survey.
Delivery is the hard data. Team confidence and role alignment come from the people. Overall combines all three.
EVERY LEVEL
From one project to the whole company.
Dashboards and consolidated insight at every level, with a full report for each project. Filter down from the company to a single project, or start with the attention list to see which projects need you first.
Project: how each role sees it, on two questions: can we do it, and will we do it. A summary report after each pulse.
Programme: which projects need attention, and why, with each project's progress, budget and confidence side by side.
Portfolio: what moved since the last pulse, how many projects are at risk, and recommended actions.
Company: one overall view of delivery confidence, what is driving it, and recommended actions.
WHAT THE REPORT SHOWS
Two questions, four roles, one conversation.
Can we do it? is the team's ability to execute. Will we do it? is their confidence to deliver. Each is shown for the sponsor, project manager, stakeholders and team, so you see where views differ and who stands out.
Every report ends with the one conversation to have after the pulse is completed, and arrives within minutes of the pulse closing.
OVER TIME
Green on the outside. Red in the middle.
The status report stayed green for four months. The team's confidence didn't. One conversation, prompted by pulse three, turned it round.
Every pulse adds a point. The picture builds over time.
Open by design
Brightminds is built to surface concerns. Reports are written to be shared and include team confidence and delivery figures. Results are aggregated and can be reported up to company level.
Act. Then check again.
Record the concern, agree a response and name an owner. A later pulse helps you see whether perspectives and delivery performance have changed. Improvement is evidence to discuss, not automatic proof that Brightminds caused the change.
What it is not
It doesn't replace your reporting. Brightminds sits alongside your existing governance and project tools and adds what the numbers can't say.
It doesn't predict failure. It gives you earlier visibility of concerns and misalignment. It can't guarantee that a project will succeed or fail.
A low score isn't a verdict. It is a prompt for a conversation, not proof that the project will fail.
